High efficiency reluctance IPM motor driving system can generate high torque in

At the stage of pressure holding, the energy saving system can switch automatically from

Through the phrased compression, the molding cycle can be processed in low pressure environment.
The melting plastic pressure evenly distributes to the mould, in turn the shrinkage rate of the molding
parts is under proper control. It is often applied to optical industry. |

Constant and continuous compression would lead to a twist on the clamping unit.

The clamping unit and the mould carry full load of pressure each cycle.
Residual stress would be present accordingly. |

With the stress relief of the molding parts, it can enhance the molding parts repeated in fixed dimension and
help to extend the service life of the mould and the clamping unit.

The clamping
unit and the mould carry 1/3 load of pressure only each cycle. After molding part solidification stage
starts, the system can reduce the clamping force and relieve the residual stress over the cooling period. |
