Robust, low friction toggle bushings

Toggle bushings are made of Austenitic Manganese Steel, coated with
multi-layers of molyb-denum trisulfide membrane, long-life operation with
regular lubricant served.

‧T-slot platen furnished with screw holes are supplied to all
    ranges of machine.
‧Enable mold fitting with ease, help to provide long life span,
    low aintenance cost and time saving in maintenance, filling

Injection, clamping and ejector strokes are metered by individual
precision linear motion transducers.

European brand precision liner motion transducer is featuring with high
accuracy ± 1% down to 0.025%.

   
Low pressure resistance, low noise logic hydraulic loop

Logic hydraulic loop is founded with YUKEN (Japan) hydraulic valves and NEURON (Japan) logic loop manifold blocks.
   
Digital back pressure control (Optional Equipment)

Back pressure is fully computerized control whereby pressure volume
displays on the controller screen through sensor transmission.
 
   
24 hours nozzle constant temperature device

Maintain the melted material at constant temperature, to prevent it from overheating or under cooling.
 
   
LCD Microcomputer Controller

‧Adopt bright 5.7” (Japan) industrial grade TFT-LCD panel, screen dpi
    320 x 240.
‧The controller uses an industrial standard single chip, independent
    CPU, high speed and accuracy.
‧In the Action Page, the related portion on the machine diagram of
    current motion will be highlighted. Capable of saving 99 molds data.
‧Data printing is extendable in favor of production management.

‧Adopt bright 10.4” (Japan) industrial grade TFT-LCD panel, screen dpi 640 x 480.
‧Action data such as pressure, speed, position, time and function setting are distinguished by
    color block.
‧Display 100 molds molding curves. Includes cycle time, screwing time, temperature on
    second section and third section, injection beginning position, injection ending position, injection
    time curves.
‧Capable of saving 100 molds data and records each mold name, material, production weight
    and quantity.
